The Role

Reporting to the Head of Talent Management, the Head of Learning & Development will be responsible for developing strategic learning programs that will the capabilities to meet the future needs of the organization. Working with business leaders they will design and implement programs that build a robust leadership pipeline. In addition, they will lead a team that will design programs that adopt cutting edge technologies that will allow for digital delivery of enterprise-wide programs that allow for AI-enabled learning.

The Individual

The Head of Learning & Development will have a proven track record in designing and delivering development programs that deliver measurable impact. They will have experience within complex global, matrixed and multicultural organizations and will have managed a large team of instructional designers. In addition, this person will have transformation experience that have successfully aligned learning strategies to business objectives. Candidates will have enhanced influencing and stakeholder management skills. In addition, they will be data driven and skilled in leveraging data and analytics to measure impact.
