The Role
The Head of TMOD, will oversee integrated teams across Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Organisational Development. It will work closely with HR Business Partners to align strategies with business needs and report directly to the Chief Human Resources Office. The core mandate will be to elevate the company's holistic talent management strategies and identify key talent programs for the future. Concurrently, the position will be expected to define and drive opportunities in organisational development to enhance effectiveness. While providing strategic direction across all domains, the role will maintain direct oversight of the learning and development function to ensure it supports the broader talent agenda.
The Individual
We are seeking an experienced leader with significant depth and a proven track record in strategic talent management. The ideal candidate should have a background in overseeing and implementing talent management best practices within complex organiszations. A strong strategic mindset, with the ability to link talent initiatives to business outcomes and organizational development, is essential. While prior hands-on experience in learning & development is not a requirement, a preference will be given to professionals with background in the B2C or consumer-facing industries.
