ChapmanCG is working with a well-established, agile and fast-growing company in the biotech space. We are seeking to hire an SVP (Head) of HR to take this innovative company to its next stage of growth and development.

The Role

Based in the Northeast United States, this role will be responsible for all aspects of HR for this fast-paced organization. This new leader should be a “builder” who can put into place a contemporary HR operating model and associated processes, which will allow the company to efficiently continue to build scale. As the organization matures, its culture needs to be further solidified and enhanced. Within the Talent function, a key deliverable will be leadership and talent development, particularly within the sales/commercial function.

The Individual

The ideal candidate will be a proven transformational and tech-savvy strategic HR leader. She or he should be action oriented and decisive and able to execute at pace. World-class talent and OD skills are a must-have, along with a robust understanding of HR technologies/HRIS. A culture builder, this individual will have recent HR leadership experience within life sciences /pharmaceuticals /biotechnology. The person we are seeking should have a mix of experience in both large multinationals and smaller sized companies within directly relevant or adjacent industries.
