Regional HR Business Partner – Financial Services, Singapore (SG)

We are excited to partner with a fast-growing global financial services institution as it ramps up its presence, operations and commercial capabilities in Asia. This newly created role will be based in Singapore.

Based in Singapore, this Regional HRBP will provide leadership on the people aspects of the business and provide solutions to business management on people and organizational issues. The role will support business leaders to engage their employees within the purpose, strategy and objectives of the business and to ensure that all employees within the organisation are clear on their contribution to overall business objectives.

You are an experienced HR business partner. You have excelled in a fast-paced, dynamic and fluid environment and can deal with ambiguity. A self-starter, you are highly energetic, tenacious and able to think “out of the box”.
