The Role
The Global Total Rewards Lead will be responsible for defining and governing the organisation’s global compensation philosophy, frameworks, and policies to ensure fairness, transparency, and consistency across geographies. This role will lead the design and implementation of progressive compensation, benefits, performance management, and well-being programmes that align with the organisation’s strategic priorities and business objectives. Partnering closely with senior leadership and HR teams, the Rewards Leader will help position the company as a great place to work and grow, enabling the attraction, retention, and engagement of top talent globally.
The Individual
We are seeking an experienced Total Rewards specialist with a proven track record of developing and implementing rewards strategies within dynamic environment. This individual will lead the continued evolution and governance of total rewards policies and programmes, partnering closely with the Leadership Team to design and deliver a competitive, future-ready rewards framework. The ideal candidate will bring demonstrated experience leading Total Rewards across multiple geographies, with strong expertise in compensation structures, incentive plan design, LTIP/RSU administration, and comprehensive benefits programme management. A high level of proficiency in analytics, financial modelling, and the use of reward systems and tools to drive data-informed decision-making is essential.
