The Role

The organisation has recently introduced Personio as its HR platform across multiple European markets. Working alongside the Group HR Operations lead and the local HR team, this individual will help ensure that HR processes are well-designed, compliant, and aligned with the capabilities of the new system. This is a highly collaborative role with the chance to make a practical and visible impact, supporting a motivated local team while helping the business realise the full benefits of its HR technology investment. Key Responsibilities include supporting the local implementation and optimisation of Personio. Reviewing and helping to design an efficient and scalable HR process to align with system functionality. Ensuring HR processes are compliant with Italian employment legislation and partnering closely with the local HR team to translate existing processes into system workflows. Provide hands-on guidance and practical coaching during implementation and working with the group HR systems lead to ensure alignment with broader European HR system standards.

The Individual

We are seeking an experienced HR professional with a strong background in HR systems implementation and HR process design, ideally within international or multi-site organisations. Key requirements include experience implementing or optimising HR systems (Personio highly desirable; Workday, SAP, BambooHR or similar also relevant). A strong understanding of HR operational processes and governance as well as knowledge of Italian employment legislation and HR compliance. The ability to work hands-on with local teams, translating business needs into practical system solutions with strong stakeholder engagement skills. Fluency in Italian and English (German also welcomed).
