Director, Global HR Operations, Singapore (SG) or Bangkok (TH)

We are partnering with a leading global brand that is a recognised market leader, serving customers across more than 100 markets worldwide.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role will lead a team of over 80 individuals and support over 10,000 employees.

This role calls for a seasoned HR leader with extensive experience in manufacturing environments, strong labour relations capability, and a track record of effective business partnering, combining strategic thinking with a hands-on operating style.

This is a fantastic leadership opportunity to partner closely with the CPO and COO at one of the market leaders in its field.

The ability to pivot between strategic thinking and hands-on execution can be challenging for some leaders. This role also demands strong stakeholder management and labour relations capabilities.
