Known for its forward-looking culture, the group emphasises talent development and organisational capability as a key driver of business growth. We are collaborating with them to appoint an Hong Kong based Group Head of Talent Management.
The Role
The Group Head of Talent Management is a strategic HR leadership role responsible for defining and elevating the enterprise-wide talent agenda across the region. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the incumbent will act as a trusted advisor to the Executive Committee, shaping frameworks and programs that build a future-ready workforce. While the role does not directly manage Talent Acquisition, collaboration with the TA function is critical to ensure alignment between external hiring and internal talent development.
The Individual
The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR leader with deep expertise in Talent Management at a regional or group level. They will bring a strategic mindset, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to influence senior executives and steering committees. A track record of implementing enterprise-level talent strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes is essential. Experience in financial services, or other complex multinational environments is highly preferred.
