The Role
This CHRO position reports directly to the CEO and will lead a 50+ member HR team across international markets, serving as a key driver of organisational success. This role will architect and execute comprehensive people strategies that align with the rapid growth trajectory, with responsibilities spanning organisational design for scalability, leadership development to build a strong executive bench, and culture transformation to foster innovation and high performance.
The Individual
We are seeking a strategic, business-driven CHRO with a proven track record as a Head of HR in high-growth environments. The ideal individual will be a hands-on leader with deep HR expertise and the ability to drive transformation while aligning people strategy with business objectives. Key areas of focus are a strong foundation across all HR functions, with experience scaling organisations in complex, matrixed environments as well as prior experience in local Chinese companies (highly preferred), combined with multinational exposure, ensuring adaptability to diverse business cultures. The individual will need sharp operational acumen to lead restructuring, process optimisation, and workforce planning in sync with corporate strategy as well as expertise in leadership development, succession planning, and culture-building to foster high performance and retention. M&A & transformation experience with proven ability to lead HR due diligence, integration, and post-merger alignment, particularly in pre-IPO or rapid-growth scenarios is key as well.
