Senior HRBP - Business Division, Kuwait (KW)

Our client offers a unique opportunity to join a conglomerate with multiple industries and a deep history in Kuwait. As a Senior HR Business partner, you will work directly with the division business head, able to focus fully on growth and revenue as they scale, supported by a small team and dedicated centres of excellence.

Lead HR for a sizeable division with stand-alone responsibility across the HR agenda. Partner with the division CEO and leadership team plus the group CHRO.

You will have worked and enjoy working directly for a leader who enables HR to make an impact and expects a voice in all strategy discussions. Operational HR experience is key, the more broad the better but this role will suit individuals who relish the challenge of how to help the business succeed not just focus in operational excellence. Industry experience can be varied. This role is based in Kuwait and will require relocation that can be supported. This role cannot be fly in fly out from another middle East location.
