HR Lead – GBS Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur (MY)

We are partnering with a global MNC in the healthcare sector. They are a Fortune 500 company with global footprint and strong growth potential in Asia Pacific.

Based in Kula Lumpur, Malaysia, the Head of HR will be leading the HR Business Partner team to support both the commercial organisation across a cluster of countries in SEA and the Global Business Services Centre in Malaysia. It is a strategic role with a focus on organisation and talent capability building, as well as culture and engagement. This position with partner closely with multiple stakeholders across the business and GBS to help drive growth and continue improvement.

We are looking for someone with extensive HR business partnering experience across both commercial and GBS setups. This individual will have good industry knowledge and proven adaptability across different sectors and businesses. The organisation is building a strong local leadership pipeline and would prefer a local candidate for this role.
