Unilever to Host First Ever Turkey HR Leaders Session

Unilever and The Chapman Consulting Group will co-host the first ever Global HR Leaders session in Istanbul, Turkey, on 12 August. More than 25 HR Leaders will convene for the inaugural Turkey session to discuss the hot topic of "HR Analytics and the changing the face of HR.” The group will discuss and analyse the impact of this new field on HR in Turkey.

The session will be chaired by Matthew Chapman, CEO of ChapmanCG, and will be jointly hosted with sister company, BeathChapman, run by Managing Director, Andrew Bailey. "I am really excited to be in Turkey to chair our first ever HR Leaders session there," said Matthew Chapman. "Turkey is a rapidly growing international HR market, and strategically it is very important that we invest time in this market right now.”

We are proud that Unilever will be our co-host for this first session, and special thanks goes to Steven Gross, Vice President of HR for Russia, Africa and the Middle East, based out of Istanbul. Steven is a long time HR friend of The Chapman Consulting Group, and we have watched him move through Vietnam, Singapore, Dubai and Turkey. Steven's counterparts in Singapore recently hosted an HR networking session there, bringing together over 30 HR Leaders for a similarly valuable discussion.

"We are looking forward to leveraging The Chapman Consulting Group's HR Leader network to provide a further boost to our rapidly growing BeathChapman organisation in Istanbul," said Andrew Bailey. "Having a local foot on the ground allows us to work side by side with local HR Leaders to build both their HR and business teams," added Bailey.

Twice each year The Chapman Consulting Group brings together select groups of HR Leaders in various locations around the globe, ranging from Zurich, London, New York, Shanghai, Sydney and more than 25 other locations. These sessions provide an ideal forum for discussion of the current trends and critical issues in the HR industry, while forging key relationships within the field.
