Emily Slocum is a Senior Director with ChapmanCG, responsible for senior HR searches in the United States. Emily spends her time between New York, Boston, and an Island off the coast of Maine. She is passionate about building strong relationships with CHRO leaders across various industries and creating opportunities to bring people together. She can often be found hosting events or leading panels on the critical issues facing human capital today. Emily leads regional and global HR searches across a variety of industries and HR specializations and leverages ChapmanCG’s extraordinary global network to help appoint the very best talent into the world’s most innovative companies. Prior to joining ChapmanCG, Emily was the Global Head of Client Success at GQR Global Markets. There she worked with CHROs and heads of talent across banking and finance, technology, life sciences, and healthcare to optimize partnerships and drive performance. Emily has held multiple leadership and board positions including: Regional Director for PRMIA, Global Board Member for the Hedge Fund Association, leading fundraising partner/ gala host to ALTSO and HFC, member of 100 Women in Finance and RMA, host at Skybridges SALT conference in Vegas in 2019, Chair of the Board for Islesboro Preschool.
