The Role

The Senior HR Country Lead for Germany is the central point of contact and HR leader of the country’s organisation. This role will further shape and strengthen the employee journey – including onboarding, further digitisation of processes, improving performance management, and building relationships with work councils and other areas. The position will also liaise with colleagues abroad to make sure HR processes are robust and consistent throughout the company.

The Individual

We are looking for an HR lead with a proven track record of effectively building and managing HR processes. The ideal candidate will have experience with talent operations, digital HR transformation, and introduction of tools and systems. Experience with labour relations is crucial for the role. The preferred candidate should be strong in change management and growth mindset, with a hands-on approach.
