We are partnering with a global organisation in the Financial Services sector. With a diverse portfolio and large footprint across the world, they continue to grow steadily in the Asia Pacific region.
Based in Singapore, this role will be a Regional HR Business Partner supporting the front-line of the business on key people and organisation agendas. The position will be part of the Asia Pacific HR leadership team, working closely with country HR teams as well as the Centres of Excellence in proving support to the business. This is an individual contributor role and will be involved in both strategic and executional work. Key areas of focus include but are not limited to talent management, succession planning, capability building, and employee relations.
You would be a mature HR Business Partner with at least 15 years of relevant experience in proven setups. Background in the Financial Services sector is required. We are looking for someone with high potential and can grow further within the organisation.
