Reporting into the CEO, the Hong Kong Human Resources Director will own the end-to-end people agenda—organisation design, talent & leadership, performance & rewards, culture, workforce planning, and HR operations. The position will engage directly with board-level stakeholders, shape an HR roadmap aligned to business priorities, and lead a solid HR team to deliver scalable, high-quality outcomes.
We are looking for an experienced, grounded HR leader with broad generalist/COE depth and strong commercial acumen. You are confident operating at ExCo/Board level, intellectually curious, and able to balance tradition with pragmatic modernisation. MNC exposure with a solid grasp of Hong Kong business culture is essential. Hands-on leadership, sound judgement, and adaptability are critical.
