We are partnering with a leading financial services company to appoint a Talent Acquisition Director. As the organisation accelerates growth and digital transformation, this role will be instrumental in evolving TA into a strategic, data-led function across the region. The position is based in Hong Kong.
Reporting to the Regional Head of HR, the Regional Talent Acquisition Director will set the end-to-end TA strategy, workforce planning, executive hiring, employer branding, early careers, and TA operations. The position will modernise processes and the application tracking system, build market-ready pipelines, and uplift hiring manager capability. Partnering closely with business leaders, the role will balance speed, quality, cost, and risk to deliver consistent outcomes in a matrix environment.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic TA leader with regional exposure and a track record hiring for financial services or adjacent, high-bar industries. You will bring strong stakeholder influence at senior level, as well as evidence of scaling TA through data, process, and technology, and hands-on comfort with executive hiring. Skilled in employer branding and campus strategies, you combine commercial acumen, operational rigor, and people leadership.
