Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, this position will support the growth and value creation of the international business through the development and implementation of an integrated people agenda. This role will also support all international markets outside of the HQ country.
We are seeking an individual who has strong entrepreneurial instinct and the ability to thrive in ambiguity. An individual with strong data-driven analytical skill, high IQ and EQ, as well as strong presentation and negotiation skills will thrive in this position. This role requires 12 to 15 years of HR experience, ideally a combination of business partnering and CoE (Talent, OD) with at least five years in a leadership role. Orientation in FMCG and hands-on experience in M&A transactions and organisational transformation is also a benefit.
