They are in a growth mode with solid short and long-term plans and targets and are looking for a seasoned and strategic Talent Acquisition leader to be part of the exciting transformation.

The Role

Reporting to the Executive Director of HR, the Director, Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding, EMEA will be an integral member of the HR team. It will lead, manage and develop the Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding team to help achieve the organisation’s growth plans. The role will also guide and drive the TA strategy and employer branding initiatives with senior management and business leaders.

The Individual

You will bring significant experience working in a growing technology environment with a solid track record of building and leading the Talent Acquisition function. You should be familiar with partnering effectively with all levels of management and employees as well as external partners. Affinity to modern, agile and digital approaches is highly valuable. Business fluency in German and English is required.
