Reporting to the CHRO, the VP Total Rewards will have responsibility for the design of the ongoing focus on an innovative Total Rewards organisational strategy across the organisation comprising of over a multitude of businesses and therefore nationalities. It will need to further establish a standardised approach in what is a fast paced decentralised organisation with a real focus on integration of other businesses, small and large building a more well understood and communicated TR philosophy. The role sits on the HR leadership teams, and has a growing global team, through M&A and organic growth.
You will have been a Rewards leader in the past or possibly a number two in a large business with good exposure to being in a lead role with supervisory experience, and essentially a deep knowledge or expertise in Total Rewards. You will likely be in the close to Germany, the Middle East or returning to these locations' region. This role requires an internationally experienced person, ideally having have worked in Manufacturing or technically oriented environments. Your career will have seen you move through the ranks ideally having had roles in a variety of rewards areas of expertise. Most importantly you will need to be a someone that can influence and manage stakeholders across a complex and ever changing growth business so experience in redefining business and Rewards strategies will also be seen as an advantage as well as a passion for change management. Interestingly multi regional experience and exposure will be seen positively.
