The VP level Recruiter will be instrumental in attracting the right talent to set the organisation up for continued growth. The role will work hands on as an individual contributor both managing very senior stakeholders and executing on searches.
The individual will ideally come from a similar industry and have experience working on difficult hires at senior levels. Someone who can have both the maturity to interface with senior stakeholders and also execute on searches would be best.
