The Company

A leader in their industry, our client is a Swiss based organisation that has grown from a history of mergers and acquisitions to having significant operations across Western Europe. With a diverse portfolio across different markets, they are looking to acquire market share and increase activities that offer greater profitability. As they continue to centralise both their business and HR operations, they are now looking for an experienced Group Head of Rewards to join their HR Leadership team.

The Role

Based in Zurich and reporting directly into the CHRO, the Group Head of Rewards will be responsible for leading all C&B topics including RemCo reporting, Executive Compensation and bonus schemes amongst others. This role will require a deep understanding of Swiss laws, regulations and compliance. As part of a lean team, you will be required to bring both an operational and strategic approach to provide support to a mid-sized population.

The Individual

We are looking for an experienced Rewards leader with a minimum of 10 years’ experience within the Compensation & Benefits arena, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment. You must bring proven experience in RemCo or Nomination and Comp Committee reporting and be comfortable in an environment of change management. Fluent business German is essential for bilingual Swiss reporting, as is familiarity working for a Swiss listed organisation.
