The HR Director will report to a Global lead based in Europe and be part of a matrixed organisation. The position will manage a small team locally, working closely with the local President to ensure Japan’s continued position and strong growth.
The individual will ideally come from a similarly matrix style organisation and not be afraid of working hands on, while also being able to step back and work strategically with the local President and Global HR teams. Someone who is a go-getter, non-complacent, and ok to take action without direction would be best.
