Our client is a market leading European e-commerce brand scaling up in the Americas. This is a unique chance to join a new leadership team reporting to the region CEO and shape the Americas organization as it grows rapidly over the next 12-18 months.
This is exciting opportunity as a true business partner supported by global COE’s working directly with a fast-paced leadership team. This is a role that will span multiple areas so you will need to be comfortable across all elements key to a scale up such as labour law, business, talent management and workforce planning. Relocation for the right candidate within the US is an option. This role will require candidates to be based in Washington DC and present in the office for three days a week, as the region leadership team are all based there.
As a senior HR leader with a true drive for an entrepreneurial environment, you will come to this role having broad experience ideally in e commerce, technology, logistics, distribution or/and an early-stage business that has grown fast. Exposure to high growth businesses, consulting to organisations who are growing or startups would be very useful.
