The Role

This is a highly strategic and visible role with the Group. The VP HR, Europe will cover a broad scope and footprint within the company, supporting both commercial functions and manufacturing and a significant employee headcount and HR organisation. The role will act as a strategic advisor to the business leader, drive the people agenda and a forward looking HR strategy across the region, and enable transformation, change, and growth.

The Individual

This person will be a mature, international HR leader with largescale transformational experience. They will be strong in succession planning, building future-ready capabilities, driving culture, inclusion and engagement, while also managing the complexity of various European works councils and unions. They will be used to working in fast-paced, multinational, matrixed environments. The person will have the ability to confidently influence senior leaders, leverage data to inform decisions, and navigate diverse cultural contexts with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. German language capabilities are highly desired.
