The Role

The Senior HR BP – International will act as a strategic partner to senior leadership by defining and driving the people agenda, including talent attraction, development and retention initiatives across multiple markets. The role will champion a culture of inclusive, accountable and high-performance leadership while embedding core values and fostering a growth mindset throughout the organisation. It will operate as a trusted advisor during periods of change, ensuring people strategies align with evolving business needs, and delivering operational excellence in HR processes such as policies, payroll, onboarding and performance management. Core priorities will include optimising workforce planning and productivity to balance staffing levels with cost efficiency, using HR metrics and data-driven insights to support financial performance and enhance employee engagement, well-being and inclusion. This role will collaborate with global Centres of Expertise to leverage best practices, partner with Finance to manage the HR budget, and oversee the Facilities Team to ensure a safe, resource-efficient environment that delivers an excellent experience for employees and visitors.

The Individual

To succeed in this role, you will need strong strategic and commercial acumen with a deep understanding of consumer goods and the ability to influence senior stakeholders within a complex matrix. You must be adept at designing and delivering talent and leadership development programmes, building capability at scale, and coaching leaders. This person will be responsible for driving culture transformation and DEI initiatives, leading change with empathy and resilience, and use people analytics to inform strategy and measure impact. Exceptional relationship-building skills across geographies and functions are essential, as is fluency in navigating cultural nuances. Finally, a continuous improvement mindset and passion for enhancing the employee experience will ensure you are always seeking ways to optimise processes and outcomes.
