This position will be the Global HR Business Partner for the Semiconductor Division and will be a strategic and trusted advisor to senior leaders, driving the people strategy for the business unit on a global scale. It will play a pivotal role in shaping the culture, enabling organisational performance, and ensuring the scalability of HR practices to support the company’s ambitious growth trajectory.
This person will have a proven track record as a global HR Business Partner in a mid-sized, international, and fast-paced organisation; experience in the engineering, semiconductor, or high-tech sector is a plus but not required. They will have demonstrated success in leading complex cultural transformation initiatives and implementing large-scale HR programmes that drive measurable impact. They should have a strategic mindset paired with a hands-on approach—able to seamlessly navigate between high-level visioning and operational execution.
