Reporting to the Head of Regional HR & Global Services, the EMEA HR Lead will drive the people strategy and provide strong HR leadership across a diverse and evolving region. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on delivery to ensure alignment between global priorities and local execution. The individual will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, guiding key initiatives in organisation design, talent, performance, and engagement, while ensuring compliance and operational consistency across countries. Leading a team of HR Partner Leads, the role will foster collaboration, capability, and high-quality HR delivery across EMEA. This is a pivotal leadership opportunity to shape the regional HR strategy, influence senior stakeholders, and drive transformation within a global organisation.
You will bring extensive experience as a senior HR Business Partner or HR Leader within complex, international organisations, ideally across the EMEA region. With a strong grasp of local employment legislation and cross-border HR operations, you combine strategic perspective with hands-on delivery to drive alignment and excellence across diverse markets. A trusted advisor to senior leaders, you are skilled at shaping people strategies, leading change, and optimising organisational effectiveness. You bring credibility, business acumen, and the ability to navigate complexity with pragmatism and sound judgment. Your leadership style is collaborative and culturally aware, enabling you to influence across functions and geographies while building capability and engagement within your teams.
