The Role

The Regional, Head of Total Rewards will play a strategic through leadership role and lead the C&B team. The position will work closely with senior leadership and HR stakeholders to design and drive total rewards strategies across multiple markets. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in C&B, including budgeting, incentive design, and benchmarking, as well as experience navigating complex organisational structures. This is a high-impact role offering exposure to group-level planning and regional HR leadership.

The Individual

We are looking for a seasoned Compensation & Benefits professional with over 10 years of experience, including at least five years in a leadership capacity. The individual will bring strong technical expertise across rewards strategy, with a particular focus on compensation, long-term incentive and share plans. They will be highly analytical and detail-oriented, with proven ability to lead teams, manage complex C&B programs, and drive results under pressure. This individual will be equipped with stakeholder management and problem-solving skills, thrive in fast-paced, performance-driven environments with strong communication skills.
