We are partnering with a leading financial services group to appoint a Regional Managing Director, Human Resources. As the organisation undergoes enterprise-wide transformation, this senior role will play a pivotal part in shaping the people agenda across its key businesses. The position will be based in Hong Kong.

The Role

Reporting to the Global Head of HR, the Regional Managing Director, Human Resources will serve as a trusted adviser to the management team, translating strategy into organisation, talent and culture outcomes. The position will oversee workforce planning, leadership and succession, performance and rewards, mobility, and people governance, while ensuring alignment with global standards and frameworks. The remit includes steering multi-market org design, embedding a performance-oriented culture, and sponsoring priority HR initiatives across the portfolio.

The Individual

We are looking for a seasoned, commercially minded regional HR leader with proven experience across diverse markets and cultures. You will bring strong business acumen, a track record of leading large-scale organisational design and transformation, and the gravitas to influence ExCo and Board-level stakeholders. Adept at balancing strategic direction with hands-on execution, you demonstrate learning agility, numerical rigour, and cultural fluency.
