The Head of HR, China will serve as a key driver of organisational transformation and a strong advocate for employees. The position will be responsible for designing and executing the human resource strategies to align with business goals, while continuously enhancing the overall effectiveness and impact of the HR function. This includes providing strategic guidance across talent acquisition, leadership development, succession planning, and organisational-wide HR initiatives to ensure consistency and long-term success.
The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor's degree or above and possess 25 years of well-rounded HR experience, including support for both corporate headquarters and business units, as well as hands-on experience in a manufacturing or plant environment. Experience in multinational companies and fluency in English would be considered a plus.
