This is an opportunity for an Organisational Excellence (OE) Leader to join the growing team in Kuwait, reporting to the Chief People Officer. This high-impact role will spearhead a major transformation journey—fixing what’s broken, bringing structure where there is ambiguity, and setting the stage for a future Transformation Office. There is a need to work across HR, Finance, and Tech to drive real, lasting change, challenge the status quo, and build momentum that brings people along for the ride. With deep OD/OE or transformation experience (ideally with a consulting edge), you will need the presence to engage senior leaders and the grit to turn strategy into action.
The appointment will require at least 18 years’ well-rounded, blended OD, OE and HR consulting experience. This is a pivotal and visible role so technical excellence, strong team leadership and prior success in consulting delivery will be key. Strong executive presence is expected as is the malleability to work in a transforming environment.
