We are partnering with a global company who possess a strong heritage and a deep passion for optimising the way businesses move, store and manages their goods. With a presence across multiple countries and industries they are now seeking for an experienced Head of Total Rewards to join their expanding business.

The Role

Based in Singapore, the Global Head of Total Rewards is a CoE leadership role championing the rewards strategy for different business divisions of varying complexities. Both strategic and operational, this role will essentially shape, lead, and oversee the effective implementation of the annual strategic Total Rewards Plan. The critical success factors for the Global Head of Total Rewards are business partnering, collaboration, integrity, and business acumen skills. The role will be a strategic partner, subject matter expert, and the go-to person for all total rewards matters (including but not limited to compensation and benefits, mobility, rewards and recognition policies, guidance and solution, and HR systems).

The Individual

We are looking for an experienced Total Rewards leader with a proven track record of effectively partnering with senior leaders. The successful candidate must demonstrate experience partnering with businesses during a period of transformation or growth while being adaptable and agile to work on multiple business portfolios with varying degrees of complexities. They should have regional experience and, ideally, some global exposure. Strong communications and influencing skills are essential.
