The business is entering a period of meaningful organisational change, one that requires modern HR leadership, sharper execution, and a more forward-looking people agenda. The position will work closely with an exceptional and highly regarded General Manager who is progressive, commercially minded, and deeply invested in developing strong talent. We are looking for a Taiwan Head of HR.

The Role

This Head of HR position goes well beyond the traditional remit. It will carry a broader, more strategic mandate, with the responsibility to shape the overall people strategy and guide the market through transformation. The role will play a central role in building leadership capability, elevating productivity, enhancing engagement, and driving change across areas such as workforce optimisation and organisational reinvention. The position demands someone who can move fluidly between big-picture thinking and practical, on-the-ground execution.

The Individual

We are looking for a resilient, confident and agile HR leader, someone who thrives in complexity and does not shy away from ambiguity. You should have a strong track record in partnering with senior leaders, influencing decision-making and driving transformation in dynamic environments. The ideal individual is comfortable operating within a matrix structure and can balance strategic leadership with hands-on delivery. Experience in leading change, navigating workforce shifts and strengthening organisational effectiveness will be critical.
