Solid Report To
This role will report directly to the Regional HR Director and will work closely with the Business Heads in Indonesia. The business is growing, and the HR structure is changing globally to a new model involving outsourcing transactional HR to a third party. Your role will be to facilitate this change by becoming a project manager. You will also be required to influence the business and push back when needed. HRD, APACPotential Upsides: Partnering close to the business, and a lot of the operational HR administration will be outsourced.Potential Downsides: No regional responsibilities.
