As the business undergoes a broader regional integration initiative, this newly created role will be instrumental in aligning HR practices across the USA, Canada and Mexico. The position is based Chicago and offers the opportunity to drive meaningful transformation within a growing and dynamic organisation.
Reporting to the Group CHRO, the HR Director will play a key role in leading cultural and operational integration efforts across multiple sites in North America, Mexico and Canada. This includes streamlining HR processes, fostering high-performance and inclusive work environments, and embedding consistent talent, organisational development, and workforce planning strategies. The individual will work closely with site and regional leadership teams to strengthen HR capability and support business growth in the region.
We are looking for an experienced and agile HR leader with a strong track record in both commercial and manufacturing settings. The successful candidate will bring at least 15 years of experience leading HR across complex, fast-paced environments, with demonstrable success in organisational design, change management, and cross-site leadership. The ability to navigate matrix structures and influence senior stakeholders is required, along with experience working in a fast-paced global organization.
