Our client is a global fast paced organisation from the financial services industry, with an HR shared services set up in Bengaluru.
The Global HR Operations Lead will report into the Global Head of HR shared services will be responsible for managing the entire hire to retire lifecycle for the global workforce. In addition there will be strategic inputs around further process redesign, transitions and subsequent change management.
The ideal candidate would be someone with strong employee lifecycle management in a global HR shared service, global stakeholder management, process improvement and transition experience with an ability to innovate and problem solve. We are looking for leaders with 15-18 years of experience with global organisations and leadership capabilities.
