As a key member of the leadership team for this rapidly growing global business unit, the Senior HR Director will have end to end responsibility for HR. This role will develop and implement people strategies that will support the overarching business objective to double in size in the next few years. This is a global role, and the Senior HR Director will collaborate closely with colleagues across the business on global projects an initiatives. This position will act as a trusted advisor to the business unit leadership team, coaching and challenging them to support the development of leadership and workforce capability.
This individual will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in a Business Partner role and will have supported operation, manufacturing and corporate functions. With strong business acumen, this person will have experience developing a people strategy in a growing organization and will be equally comfortable getting into the details of execution. Global experience and being comfortable working in a complex, matrixed environment with the ability to lead through influence will be important. A strong communicator, with well-developed project and change management skills.
