With a commercially ambitious leadership team and a forward-looking General Manager in place, the environment is primed for a high-impact Korea HR leader to influence how the organisation evolves.
This Korea Head of HR role will sit at the heart of the business. It will work closely with the Market GM and senior leadership to shape people strategy, drive organisational change, and uplift leadership effectiveness. From rethinking ways of working to embedding modern HR practices, this is a pivotal mandate with visibility, autonomy and influence.
We’re looking for a dynamic, commercially minded HR Business Partner who thrives in complexity and fast-moving environments. You should have a strong track record in leading organisational change and navigating ambiguity, as well as proven experience in coaching and influencing senior stakeholders. You must be able to operate confidently across both strategic and hands-on execution. Experience working within unionised environments is a bonus. Most importantly, you will bring the resilience, curiosity and leadership maturity needed to guide the business through a period of shifting expectations and evolving culture.
