Based in Kaula Lumpur, Malaysia, this role will be leading a team of HR Business Partners to support all commercial organisations across Asia Pacific. The organisation is going through an HR transformation and looking to enhance their HR business partnering capabilities and optimise the HR operating model. The role will be partnering closely with the Chief Commercial Officer in driving business growth, organisation effectiveness, and leadership & talent capability building.
We are looking for an experienced HR leader who has track record leading a business partner team across multi-jurisdictions, particularly in the commercial space. Proven adaptability in fast-paced and technology-related environments is highly desirable. Strong leadership capability with a clear leadership philosophy will be required.
