With exciting growth on the horizon, they are now seeking a commercially savvy HR Director based in Manila to lead this next phase of growth and change.
This role comprises end-to-end leadership of the HR function for the Philippines and partnering with two highly commercial General Managers. Covering an employee population of approximately 600 people and leading a team of 7-10 direct reports, this HR Director will elevate strategic HR Business Partnering across the business and will lead the HR piece of upcoming mergers & acquisitions. In close collaboration with the global COE’s, this position will also play a crucial role in talent management, compensation and benefits, L&D and leadership development in the Philippines.
The ideal HR Leader will possess: • Strong track record of success in PHP HR leadership roles in complex global companies headquartered in Europe or the USA. • Extensive experience leading and building strategic HR teams of at least five people. • The confidence, charisma and gravitas to influence senior leaders and drive high performance. • Business and commercial savvy. • Mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and organisational design/restructuring experience would be an advantage. • Past experience or a willingness to oversee union management as part of a broader portfolio is required.
