The Role

Reporting to a Global Vice President, Human Resources, this role will be a key member of the leadership team for one of the company’s most important manufacturing sites. It will oversee a small team. The HR Director will have end to end responsibility for HR at this 24/7 facility and will develop and implement people strategies that will support overarching business objectives. This position will act as a trusted advisor to the business unit leadership team, coaching and challenging them to support the development of leadership and workforce capability.

The Individual

This individual will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in a Business Partner role and will have specific experience supporting site manufacturing operations, ideally within an FDA regulated environment. With strong business acumen, this person will have experience developing a people strategy and will be equally comfortable getting into the details of execution. Being comfortable working in a complex, matrixed environment with the ability to lead through influence will be important. This person will have experience successfully driving culture change across a business. A strong communicator, with well-developed project and change management skills will be best suited to this role.
