This is a highly hands-on role with real ownership of HR operations across Latin America. You will be close to the business, working directly with leaders and teams to implement effective processes, improve employee experiences, and support growth on the ground. The role offers the opportunity to make a visible impact in a key region, while being part of a global company that values local insight and practical execution. It’s a strong fit for someone who enjoys being in the field, solving problems in real time, and building HR capabilities from the ground up.
Potential Challenges
A key challenge in this role is limited resources and a lack of established HR processes across the region. The incoming leader will need to build structure from the ground up while delivering day-to-day support in a complex, fast-moving environment. Driving change and building trust with long-tenured leaders across LatAm requires persistence, cultural sensitivity, and a highly hands-on approach.
