The Role

The Head of HR for the Global Corporate Office is a strategically pivotal position designed to support the company's global expansion by establishing and leading a centralised corporate structure. This executive role involves designing and implementing the global HR strategy aligned with business objectives, overseeing organisational development, and ensuring the integration of various functions such as commercial, supply chain, finance, and IT under a unified framework. The position requires close collaboration with C-suite leaders, particularly the Global CHRO, to drive change initiatives, and operational efficiency across regions while accommodating local nuances. Key responsibilities include leading the design and launch of the corporate office structure, managing high-level stakeholder communications, and implementing global HR processes such as talent acquisition and performance management.
