The Head of Performance & Rewards is a strategically critical role that will shape and execute the company’s global compensation and performance management agenda. It will ensures the organisation attracts, retains, and motivates talent through fair, competitive, and sustainable reward practices. The role oversees Compensation & Benefits, including annual headcount and budget planning, grading structures, global salary reviews, bonus programs, long-term incentive plans, insurance, and other employee benefits. It also manages Executive Compensation, ensuring competitive pay structures and benefits while maintaining transparency, governance, and alignment with business objectives. In addition, it leads Performance Management, driving global processes for KPI setting, performance tracking, and rewards linkage to foster a high-performance culture. The role partners with Finance and senior leaders to ensure disciplined cost management, market competitiveness, and compliance with international regulations.
