The business provides highly specialised services to its global client base located across multiple geographies around Asia. Part of the large commitment is to raise the level of HR across the company. As such, the Senior HR Business Partner will play a vital role in shaping the success of the business for the Hong Kong market.

The Role

We are looking for a high potential individual who brings a well-rounded and in-depth understanding of how to align the business goals and objectives to employees and management. As the Senior HR Business Partner, you will work closely across the organisation with key stakeholders and will have access and influence at all levels. Working closely with the Head of HR, you support the various functions up to and including employee relations, performance management, training, and recruitment. The role requires a “hands-on” leader that possess a good mix of strategic and tactical application.

The Individual

We are seeking an established HRBP with a minimum of six years’ experience. He/she will have the ability to work as a team member but will also possess skills to work independently to reach objectives. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary in this role as is a proven track record of success. Proficiency in English and Cantonese is required.
