The Company

Our client is a global leader in networking and cable products. They are a listed and complex organisation that is headquartered in the US with solid footprints in the EMEA region and are currently experiencing exciting transformation where there has been the opportunity to shift the culture through the introduction of a new employer value proposition. The company is looking for a senior HR Business Partner to be based in Germany, Netherlands, or Belgium, covering Germany, Switzerland, Poland, Belgium, and commercial/R&D groups.

The Role

Reporting into the VP, HR EMEA, this HRBP will be an integral member of the leadership team, building cross-functional engagement for the organisation. Alongside the EMEA HR leaders, this position will also support global functional teams such as Sales, R&D and/or Product Management. There will be opportunities to get involved in cross market/business projects at the regional and global level. This is a role with the upside of allowing the individual to shape the role as it evolves with change and transformation.

The Individual

You should have minimum eight years’ cross-country HR management in EMEA, with considerable experience in Germany. You should have good HR breadth and understanding, with the potential to develop your depth of experience. Someone who is driven by the impact of their work on the commercial success of the organisation is essential. You should have the ability to handle tasks in a changing and evolving environment. You should speak business-level German and be familiar with international context and cultural sensitivity.
