The Company
Our client is a Private Equity backed industrial company about to embark on a 3-year growth and optimisation journey. With a supportive and driven PE owner the current CEO is keen to find a partner as the Chief People Officer who can help align the Human capital strategy and offer broader counsel as one of the executive leadership team.
The Role
The CPO role could be based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane with travel. It will be critical that the CPO has led HR for an organisation or business unit with $1bn plus revenue and 5,000+ employees. Exposure to one or more of industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure and logistics in your career would be preferred.
The Individual
You will have led HR for an organisation that has scaled with full accountability for the function and direct reporting to the CEO and board. PE experience would be preferred but isn’t essential. Someone able to move at pace, bring exposure to M&A and organic growth, especially how to integrate and assess would be ideal.
