One such role is the Director, Human Resources for its Singapore manufacturing plant, supporting a workforce of approximately 500 employees and partnering closely with site and regional leaders to drive a progressive and sustainable people agenda.

The Role

Reporting to the Global Head of HR for Manufacturing Operations, this position will execute the HR strategy for a key site in line with the strategic and operational demands of a global business. This role will manage a lean team of direct reports and work closely with COEs and Shared Services to drive talent and performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits administration, and employee engagement reviews. The plant operations are also agile and flexible, so a great degree of change management will be required. The career advancement opportunities for a highly mobile individual are excellent, with larger scale regional or global opportunities available within the career track.

The Individual

The successful candidate will be a highly mobile, and experienced HRBP that demonstrates aptitude in Talent Management, Organisational Design, and Change Management. This individual must also be comfortable working with frontline, hourly employees on a day-to-day basis. This position will need to be able to demonstrate experience working in a matrixed organisation and blend a bigger picture approach with hands-on detail around processes and procedures. Strong communication skills and a track record of influencing stakeholders is essential.
