Reporting to the Group Talent and HR Business Partner Lead, the HR Business Partner & Talent Management Lead will partner closely with the senior leadership team to drive the development and implementation of the organisation’s talent management strategy, aligned with the broader Company strategy. This includes leading talent reviews and succession planning initiatives. A key objective of the role is to identify the organisational capabilities required to meet both current and emerging business needs. This involves evaluating existing capabilities, identifying gaps relative to future requirements, and prioritising targeted development activities. In addition, this position will serve as an HR Business Partner for a designated business function, providing strategic HR guidance and support to the leadership team. This is a critical role that enables HR to drive the people agenda and build a comprehensive end-to-end view of talent. The HR Business Partner & Talent Management Lead will be responsible not only for designing talent strategies but also for operationalising them to develop the future workforce and enhance both organisational and talent capabilities.
You will have a strong background combining HR Business Partnering and Talent Management, with experience shaping and scaling organisations in high-growth environments. A self-starter, you are comfortable navigating ambiguity and engaging multiple stakeholders. You are both strategic and hands-on, able to build strong relationships and influence effectively across all levels of the organisation.
